Independent Research Notebook
A dedicated space for the conceptualization of my independent PhD thesis framework in Education and Pedagogical Practices. This is a non-funded, non-commercial academic endeavor pursued at a personal, therapeutic pace to foster learning and cognitive engagement.

Independent Research Notebook
A private reflection space focused on intellectual stimulation and cognitive preservation.
This space is dedicated to the development of individual studies in the field of Education and Pedagogical Practices, linked to the initial academic validation process with Faculdade Integralize (No. PRO20260352).
Due to health reasons and chronic medical limitations, this research is conducted on a strictly personal basis, without external funding or commercial ties, and at a purely therapeutic pace. The purpose of this notebook is to exercise the mind through reading and scientific thought, serving as a tool for personal well-being and cognitive rehabilitation, without any intention of professional market engagement.
Action Research and Fostering Autonomy in Language Learning
Theoretical Study Summary • Pedagogical Reflection Exercise
The development of autonomy in learning a second language (such as English) goes far beyond memorizing grammatical rules; it is a process of mediation that stimulates natural curiosity and the individual's self-directed capacity. From the perspective of action research, the learning environment is transformed into a space of continuous observation, where the educator acts as a facilitator who helps the student identify their own strategies for comprehension and cultural expression.
Investigating these pedagogical mechanisms allows for an understanding of how small adjustments in teaching practices can awaken confidence and autonomy in learners. This theoretical log serves as a foundation for personal reflections on inclusive teaching methodologies, reinforcing the role of language as a tool for human connection, intellectual growth, and continuous cognitive development.
(Note: This log reflects a personal, academic written expression practice, entirely non-commercial and non-economic).
